I hold the sides with my thumb, ring, and pinky fingers to move it around, and click with my index and middle fingers. Currently have a logitech MX Revolution that is out for replacement (after 2 years).  You'd love it, ergonomically.  My beef is that its not bluetooth.  Logitech HAS a bluetooth version in a package with a keyboard on their website, but won't sell the bluetooth mouse individually.
